International litigation, arbitration and mediation

The practice deals with international commercial dispute resolution involving a wide variety of areas of business law, particularly in the fields of commercial contracts (including commercial agency, distribution and sale of goods), employment and real estate.

Clients are often advised at very early stages of potentially contentious matters, particularly in relation to questions of evidence.

Every effort is made to give an early assessment of contentious cases and to explore the possibilities of settlement and of alternative dispute resolution.
