Richard Ryde's activity is above all international.

In addition to assisting English speaking clients on questions of French law, he has a broader international practice involving cases with an international element, for French and non-French clients.

His knowledge of international trade, commercial contract practices and of treaties governing questions notably of jurisdiction, choice of law and certain aspects of substantive law, enables him to accompany his clients in international commercial ventures and in the management of disputes.

Richard Ryde is, deliberately, not a member of any formal international network of lawyers, preferring to use an extensive informal network of professional contacts to ensure that clients have high quality advice and assistance abroad adapted to the specific case.
